For a company in "Zeeuws-Vlaanderen", we are looking for a Business Process Specialist

Job description

The Business Process Specialist will be responsible for all work processes on the purchasing department i.e. for detailed specification, design, testing, functionality and implementation in the internal systems.

The Business Process Specialist will be accountable for:
Identify, define, and document detailed work process and system requirements, use cases, and process definitions
Analyze and design/re-design business processes
Establish co-ownership of the requirements and use cases with the Application SMEs to ensure a complete understanding of the requirements and confirming the final solution
Participate in system development and build activities such as reviewing design documentation, executing product test and user acceptance testing, conducting training, and assisting with implementation support
Ensure integrated, ‘Workable’ solutions that meet the functional needs
Ensure functional requirements are fulfilled
Drive cross functional and program management alignment
Identify opportunity for process simplification by evaluating requirements against “out of the box” capabilities
Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective
Ensure solution meets business objectives
Ensure Documentation and training development are complete and accurate
Take ownership and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery

Your qualifications

Bachelor level
Knowledge in purchasing/procurement processes
Minimum of 5 years experience as process specialist.
Ability to build and foster relationships across businesses and functions
Deep knowledge in respective business process, with cross-business process knowledge
Experiance with Word, Excel, Powerpoint is must
English speaking
