Regional Project Controls Specialist

This position is expected to work with Project Managers in managing estimate, cost and schedule for West Europe, Asia and North America projects generating periodically project controls reports for the Corporate and for the Project Managers.
The project controls reports are the results of strict controls of capex pipeline process from the Front-End Loading, Execution, Start-Up to the Project Close-out. In order to do this, It requires periodical update of the integrated project schedule (Primavera or MS Project, but not limited to), timely control of project costs (SAP, Accolade, DW, PAR, Forecast Tool), work progress monitoring and Risks Analysis.
The Project Controls Specialist is responsible also to complete timely the corporate projects controls deliverables and managing locally EPC firm project controls engineers. Uniformity in control the projects is also one main important target.
He/She is also responsible to collect hub project data and contribute to build the global estimating database for future projects. Estimating project is also one of the key task for projects portfolio success.
This position is also responsible to monitor the cost and schedule performance of the project and the project team through key performance indicators and provide feedback to the project team, Global Project Controls Specialist and Project Management Execution Leader.
The position is expected to cover the West Europe (mainly in the Netherlands), NA and APAC projects, hence it might be requested to travel also to other countries but not on regular basis.
