For a client in Zeeland, we are looking for a Administrative Assistent.
The Administrative Assistant will provide full administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office/facility at the location.
• Supervise and coordinate the following subcontracted services: office cleaning, catering services and laundry services
• Responsible for drafting and sending communication to staff as required
• Order and oversee office supplies and daily consumables: coffee, water, cleaning supplies etc., anticipating needed supplies, an placing the order
• Ensure proper organisation of the shared canteen, with specific attention to the area used by the Company
• Plan, organize and schedule company meetings and events
• Provide logistic support for the project team, including arranging taxi, hotels, house & apartment rentals
• Support with the facility management
• Provide general support to employees and visitors
• Exhibit professional communication
• Perform as related duties as assigned
Je profiel
• Secundary Education / Bsc Level
• Strong Organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Proven Administrative Experience
• Teamwork spirit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good Dutch and English proficiency (international environment)
