For project in region Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, we are searching for a Infrastructure Turnarournd Coordinator for a long period (> 1 year).

Vacature omschrijving

As a Infrastructure Turnarournd Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of facility and service needs for all disciplines during all phases of the turnaround.
Shares with the Turnaround Manager and the TA Coordinator, the responsibility to identify and execute a plan to establish adequate facilities to house the staff and contractors during all stages of the turnaround. This is done through several complimentary means.
Understanding all roles to complete turnaround execution
Building effective working relationships with the key plant and non-plant work resources that will assist with preparation and execution of the Site Infrastructure expectations.
The activity intensity of a large turnaround calls for extraordinary planning and preparation to help meet all requirements and business needs.


Primary Responsibilities
Facilities:
Set up a plot plan to identify office and welfare needs.
Identify the number of buildings required to house staff and secure needs via MSA (Managed Service Administration)
Identify location and placement of main TA facility (tent).
Identify TA project, contractor, and other departmental office needs.
Identify TA outside staff needs for office space.
Work with operations group to identify permitting office needs and placement.
Work with Process Safety Rep. to get LPP12.8 approval for all TA buildings and facilities.
Work with EH&S to get approval to start for facility placement.
Work with Site Infrastructure personnel to provide furniture to staff and offices for TA needs.
Work with TA Coordinator and Material Marshaller to identify, secure, and develop a marshalling area for TA materials staging.
Work with block personnel to set up other utilities as needed-water, sewer, etc.
Work with ES&S to develop a traffic plan to control traffic during all stages of the TA.
Work with MSA to set up port-a-cans and sanitary stations for personnel.

Electrical and IT
Work with electrical technician to identify and set up all electrical feed to all facilities.
Work with IT Dept to develop a project for all IT needs in all building identified as needing phone, computer, and printer needs. This should be done well as far in advanced of the start of pre- TA activities as possible.
Work with Office Professional to identify and secure all electronic devises not already available to the staff.

EH&S
Work with EH&S rep to develop a TA facility Emergency Plan for accountability purposes.
Work with EH&S rep, Process Safety rep, and Waste Coordinator to identify possible waste storage site and the expected amount of waste and the removal of such items.
Work with EH&S rep to develop strategy for movement basic waste such as household trash, wood, and insulation.
Work with EH&S rep to make a preliminary walk through to identify any possible or potential hazards regarding the facility and or shutdown staging area.

Do Work
Work with block AC/GK (Activity Coordinator/Gate Keeper) to locate and secure a scaffold laydown area-if needed
Work with block AC/GK to locate and secure an area for insulation storage.
Work with TA Coordinator to set up facility for contractor tool trailers and safety trailers.
Work with TA Coordinators, block personnel, project groups, and contractors to develop layered plot plans for the TA.
Work with Cost Controller to develop an budgetary estimate for Infrastructure
Work with ES&S to develop a parking plan for the influx of personnel during the TA period.
Work with ES&S to develop a strategy for in-plant transportation of personnel (bussing)
Work with OP to secure office supplies, coffee supplies, and snacks thru the duration of the TA for all building
Work with OP to develop a meal plan for TA operational and TA staff
Work with TA Coordinator and Fuel Depot to develop a strategy for TA refueling.
Work with Site Infrastructure & Rigging Department to capture Ground Penetrating Radar

Je profiel

Job is Dutch Technical 'MBO4' level ( but junior BSc`s will also be considered). Discipline : Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience working with SAP
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Experience with Turn arounds
Can work and decide indepentently, but must have the skills to coordinate on different levels within the organisation and external contractors.

Knowledge of:
Maintenance information system tools (ex. SAP, In-Tools, WIT, intranet)

Safety requirements

Relevant engineering, civil
Purchasing, inventory and marshalling work processes
