As part of the Site TA Team the Lead Turnaround Scheduler will be responsible for:
Build the overall Turnaround schedule and define the work breakdown structure in cooperation with TA Team and Operations
Define critical path activities.
Integrate Commissioning systems and milestones
Perform a Schedule Risk Analyses
Schedule the Turnaround scope of work from SAP Planning and generate a balanced staffing plan per discipline.
Integrate Turnaround Projects into the TA schedule.
Apply schedule optimization activities in order to create the most effective and productive schedule for execution.
Provide daily progress reports during execution and advice on activities that become critical.
Lead 1-2 TA Schedulers and guarantee uniformity of output.
Proactively support the control of the Turnaround with KPI’s and reporting
Providing input for improvement to the Regional Turnaround team.
Je profiel
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or process) or level gained through experience
Excellent in use of Primavera P6
5+ years of experience in Turnaround scheduling is required
Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis
Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
High level of analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
