Paint Inspector
For a longterm job at our client in the province Zeeland we are looking for a Paint Inspector
Vacature omschrijving
You will observe the progress and inspect all painting activities in your assigned areas in accordance with drawings, plans, specifications and the terms of the construction contract.
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write non-conformances reports
Control of storage and certification of consumables
Performs qualifications of coating processes
Checks surface preparation
Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations
Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks
Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles
Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting
Performs visuals inspections
Performs adhesion, penetration and impact testing
Performs visual checks after blasting
Je profiel
MBO4 + NACE level 2 / Frosio level 2
Fluency in English and Dutch is a must
VCA-VOL required
