For one of our customers in Belgium we are in search for a Project Administrator HSSE.

Vacature omschrijving

You will be part of an enthusiastic team of HSSE- specialists, supporting Program HSSE Manager and SHE Manager Construction, with focus on maintaining the good order and management of HSSE system, reporting and follow up.

The role responsibilities include:
Site based working will be part of the job, to understand the situation in the field, with an element of home working subject to discussion and agreement.
Managing the flow of information between the different project delivery teams, contractors, and third party organizations.

Verification of documents
Minutes of meetings, Logs and Registers, Field Instructions
Action management, Chasing of comments, document approvals and sign offs
Information Systems (SharePoint etc)
Compilation of monthly safety statistics
Incident investigation supports
Any other reasonable tasks to support the team

Je profiel

Specific Role Requirements:
Proactive work attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Team player, willing to work in a flexible and enthusiastic international team
Strong Planning and organizational ability
Can respectfully challenge and propose better ways of working
Higher Education preferred
Minimum 10 years of work experience in the (petro-) chemical sector - desirable
Good understanding of English in speaking and writing and fluent in Dutch
Excellent organizational skill set
Enthusiastic and goal-oriented
