For a chemical multinational we are hiring a Static Equipment Engineer

Vacature omschrijving

The PCE (Static equipment) design engineer handles static equipment such as: pressure vessels, all types of heat exchangers (shell & tube, plate & frame, aircooled, spiral), towers including tower internals, storage tanks, silo’s, hoppers, bins, etc

Key Responsibilities include:
Specification of new Static equipment and existing Static equipment to be modified; preparation of discipline inquiry/order packages, technical bid evaluation, follow up of technical documentation and coordination with team members from the other disciplines like process, civil, piping, instrumentation & electrical and construction.
Design of existing Static equipment to be modified
Assistance to trouble shooting in existing installations
Lead the PCE (Static Equipment) engineering activities on multiple projects (both in house projects and externally)
Contribution to project scope definition, performing front-end loading and detail engineering for site managed projects.

Je profiel

Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to effectively work with a wide variety of people, including other disciplines and vendors.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Fluent in English
Fluent in Dutch or willing to learn
Proficiently in the use of Microsoft software.
