Functieomschrijving
For our client we are in search for a Static Mechanical Engineer.
As Static Mechanical Engineer you are responsible for:
• The vessel scope in CAPEX-projects (FEL2, FEL3 and detailed engineering), RFQ with bid evaluation, Approval of Construction documents and interaction with the project team in all phases of the project. QA/QC by witness and hold points during construction
• Technical assistance of Technical Procurement, M&P Construction, Inspection, Maintenance and TAR
• Performing Fitness For Service Evaluation and calculations (level 1)
• Evaluating M.O.C.
• Assistance of the M&P design team
• Maintain a good business relationship with our Manufacturers
• Performing and Evaluating calculations per ASME / EN / API
• Supervision of Engineering Contractors
• Keeping the technical Vessel filing up-to-date
• Paint and insulation scope on Pressure Vessels / Storage tanks and Heat-Exchangers
Je profiel
• Having analytical thinking skills.
• Being ethical and trustworthy.
• Software skills: AutoCAD 2D, MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Being Flexible.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Team player.
• Problem Solving.
• Knowledge of VLAREM / PED / ASME / API / TEMA / EJMA.
• Attention to details and good organizational skill are necessary.
• Master´s Degree or similar by experience is required.
• Also work experience (minimal 5 years) in the chemical industry and skills for application process are required.
