Vacature omschrijving

The candidate is responsible for scope definition, preparation, execution, and closure of the Turn Arounds within the Plant without incidents, within budget and according to schedule ensuring reliable operation in the intermediate period. Other main responsibility is managing the Capital projects according to the corresponding work process.
The candidate will be part of Plant organization reporting to the Plant Leader.

Key responsibilities:

Turn Around (TA) Leader of the shutdowns planned for executing the periodic inspection requirements, stop related projects and repairs. The facilities have a 6 year interval on the large TA’s and Styrene has a 3 year interval for catalyst Exchange (small TA). The costs and duration range from 10 to 25 MM$ and 5 to 9 weeks.

Project Manager for larger capital projects which are to be implemented for regulatory, safety, sustainability, asset health and/or economic reasons. Responsible for safe, cost effective and timely implementation using the corresponding work process and tools resulting in a successful start-up and operation according to expectation.

People Leader of the employees within the Turn Around and Improvement group.
