Voor een van onze klanten in de scheepsbouw zijn we per direct op zoek naar een Project Manager.

Vacature omschrijving De functie:

Als Project Manager zorg je voor de realisatie en gecoördineerde levering van automatiseringsprojecten van (geïntegreerde) systemen in de baggersector, waaronder nieuw te bouwen baggerschepen op één van de werven in de regio. Maar ook renovatie, upgrades en opdrachten met standaard producten direct aan onze klant horen tot je takenpakket.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

Het uitvoeren en opleveren van projecten in lijn met de contractuele verplichtingen, de specificatie en de kwaliteits-/veiligheidseisen.

Het tijdig realiseren van de projectplanning, budgettering, voortgangsbewaking, prioritering van de opdrachten (OSBIT).

Het opzetten en (bege)leiden van het projectteam met effectieve communicatie tussen alle projectbelanghebbenden, functionele disciplines zowel in- en extern.

QA/QC Manager

For our client in Antwerp we are hiring a QA/QC Manager.

Vacature omschrijving The Quality Assurance Manager will be the linchpin in our efforts to ensure that all project phases meet the highest quality standards while complying with local Belgian laws, regulations and industry best practices.
This pivotal role encompasses the leadership of the QA function, ensuring that the EPCM contractor fulfills all aspects of their role effectively and that our project documentation is audit-ready for a successful facility startup. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for monitoring, steering, and coaching the EPCM contractor to ensure compliance on three critical fronts:
technical, regulatory, and documentation.
This role demands an individual who can guide the project team to adhere to technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and construction databook standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve the quality standards, procedures, and documentation prepared by the EPCM contractor to ensure they meet company and project specifications and regulatory compliance.

Oversee the overall quality management strategy within the Project Delivery Team (PDT), ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

Develop and enforce a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with Belgian legislation, industry regulations, and international standards.

Closely monitor the EPCM contractor’s adherence to the established quality assurance processes and contractual terms throughout the engineering and construction phases.

Conduct rigorous audits of the project documentation to ensure readiness for various stages of the project lifecycle, particularly for facility startup.

Maintain proactive engagement with local regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with current and forthcoming legal requirements.

Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality standards in all project activities.

Execute systematic quality audits, implement strategic reviews, and supervise inspections, driving corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Provide regular reports on quality performance to the project management team, along with strategic input for ongoing quality improvement.

Has intensive contacts with the contractors construction team for preparation, review and timely handover of all required construction data books.

Vacature omschrijving The main objective of the Payroll Representative role is:

To ensure that the employees are paid in time and accurate.

Responsible to perform and coordinate administrative and control activities on behalf of the Dow Payroll department.

Strong collaboration with other HR departments.

Maintenance Technician Rotating

Voor onze opdrachtgever in Zeeland zoeken wij een Maintenance Technician Rotating.

Vacature omschrijving Als Maintenance Technician Rotating ondersteun je de plants met het onderhouden van de installaties.
Je past je technische kennis en expertise toe, om de fabrieken te onderhouden en repareren. Samen met het Maintenance Team werk je aan de verbetering van de betrouwbaarheid van al de productie faciliteiten. Door middel van training en ervaring ontwikkel je de kennis en vaardigheden om een verscheidenheid aan werkopdrachten te kunnen uitvoeren.

Tijdens je werkzaamheden is het belangrijk dat je nauw samenwerkt met je collega’s van Operations en de Engineering afdeling, zodat de juiste problemen geïdentificeerd en opgelost worden.

Wat ga je doen:

Diagnosticeren en corrigeren van problemen met apparatuur.

Kalibreren en uitlijnen van apparatuur. Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Helpen bij het prioriteren en plannen van onderhoud samen met de planner, werkcoördinator en operationele input.

Stellen en kalibreren.

Testen, meten en repareren van alle zaken op en rond rotating equipment.

Het oplossen en herstellen van storingen.

Documenteren van storingsanalyses.

Verzamelen van gegevens over de werking en geschiedenis van de apparatuur om betrouwbaarheidsverbeteringen te vergemakkelijken.

Het werken binnen de gevestigde werkprocessen en daarnaast helpen bij het oplossen van problemen die zich voordoen als gevolg van het inplannen van de werkzaamheden.

Naast de taken die hierboven genoemd zijn beheerst je alle basistechnieken die nodig zijn voor het repareren van rotating equipment:

Lagertechniek, mechanical seals, meettechniek, uitlijnen en aanslaan van lasten / hijstechniek.

Past altijd de juiste reparatieprocedure toe.

Met bovenstaande basistechnieken kan hij de volgende types rotating, equipment, zelfstandig repareren: enkeltraps centrifugaalpompen, meertraps, centrifugaal-pompen, vacuumpompen, blowers, kleine stoomturbines, verdringerpompen, tandwielkasten.
