Voor een grote fabriek in Zeeland zoeken wij een Document controller
Consultant will work within a project team responsible for handling the overall Nitric Acid 6 project. This project consist of 3 following major subprojects executed in the same project revamp window:
Burner replacement project (replacement of 2 new ammonia burners, pumps, piping and related automation and electrical works)
Replacement of cooler condenser and acid separator
Electrification project (removal of the steam turbine and installation of new high voltage electrical motor, inclusive all related mechanical electrical, instrumentation and piping adjustments to be made)

Key activities will include:
Administration of DMS systems, establish routines for handling of correspondence (transmittals), follow up of documentation review and comments both internally and externally.
Keep an updated master document register, ensure all incoming documentation is coded in accordance with contractual requirements.
Control and follow-up WF’s (Work flows) for review, check & approval and control due dates are met.
Focal points for Yara and the project team for any issues related to DMS
Coordinate all correspondence from all contractors and other stakeholders to DMS
o Administration of folders in preparation for handover to operations
o Administration and management of all IT hardware and software at site

Project assistant activities
Assisting the project Manager and his team in making, correcting project documents
Assist the project and procurement team in SAP activities such as, making project requisition, smaller PO’s and follow-up of invoicing.
Ensure correct use of project site offices for the team.

Contract Manager

For one of our customers in Belgium we are in search for a Contract Manager ECR (Cracker) / WWT (Wastewater Treatment).
Responsible for ECR/WWT mainly managing the EPCM contractor’s subcontracting department.
Independently lead and support pre- and post-award contract management activities including, but not limited to preparation of contracting strategies, expressions of interest / pre-qualifications, invitations to tender, tender management (receipt, analysis, clarification), conditions of contract and commercial negotiations and recommendation to award.
Post-award tracking of contractual requirements for timely submission of deliverables and notices, analysis of solicitations for potential changes or claims, preparation of summaries and development of strategies and recommendations with attention to the financial and business risk associated with the proposed effort.
Participate in all project delivery team meetings.
Prepare the terms, conditions and assumptions upon which changes or claims are to be evaluated.
Review the technical and commercial content of changes and claims for accuracy and consistency.
Coördinate with other project management functions as required to ensure appropriate reviews are conducted, scheduling of required reviews and obtaining required review prior to submittal of contractual deliverables, notices, changes and claims for approval to the relevant DOA.
Manage all direct contracts and provide oversight and governance of EPCM contractor and subcontractor activities.
Prepare request for expression of interest and/or pre-qualification to the potential bidders.
Assist in the evaluation of responses and prepare bidders lists.
Examine scope of work and other information provided by End Users for completeness and consistency.
Prepare comprehensive ITT packages using standard forms and coördinate issuance to approved bidders.
Coördinate pre-tender meetings and site visits with bidders, as required.
Prepare all correspondence to bidders during the bidding period with necessary input from End User, where required.
Coördinate and attend technical and commercial bid openings.
Perform evaluation of commercial aspects of the technical bid and evaluation of commercial bid.
Prepare the contract document(s) conforming agreed changes to the ITT package.
Perform contract administration activities - bank guarantees, insurances, invoices, etc.
Manage contracts and resolve all commercial and administrative issues;
Interpretation of contracts as needed to support other departments or disciplines;
Handling and resolving any administrative and commercial issues related to each contract, subject to submission for approval to appropriate level of authority;
Meetings with the contractors on any commercial and contractual aspects and generate MOM;
Preparation, submission and tracking of all contract change notices and amendments for approval by appropriate level of authority;
Treatment of all contractual correspondences;
Monitor, review and approve contractors' invoices;
Track invoices until payment to ensure prompt treatment under the terms of the contract.
Respond to contractual notices and claims as appropriate.
Maintenance of the contractor correspondence log;
Maintenance of the change management log;
Maintenance of the payment certificate and invoice log;
Maintenance of the claim log;
Maintenance of the insurance and guarantee log.
Provide contractual advice to End Users and prepare contractual correspondence.
Review and evaluate variations and claims, prepare recommendations for approval of management and prepare contract amendments, as required.
Perform close-out of contractual matters upon completion.
Coördinate and issue of provisional acceptance certificate;
Lead the contract close out process;
Prepare and handover all contractual handover documentation to Operations;
Punch list monitoring;
Evaluation of contractors.

IT Data Support Technician

This support role focuses both on individual assistance as well as preparation for transfer to different tools and strategies that provide long term benefits for the team.
This role delivers a valuable contribution to our main team goal which is the reliability and safety of our process installations.
Detailed description of the tasks involved in this role:
Assist in several small changes to existing in-house inspection tools with focus on documentation and efficiency needs.
Assist in the transfer to Bluebeam for development of piping inspection scopes by the inspectors of the FAI team. This software will help us to increase efficiency and productivity.
Prepare conversion of the current hardcopy mechanical integrity equipment archive to a digital archive.
Assist in transfer of the current in-house inspection management tool to the selected global Dow Inspection management tool.
Finetune and generate the inspection & repair dashboard for fixed asset equipment that is communicated monthly at our clients site.
Help/assist inspectors with IT issues in order to increase efficiency in inspection documentation.

Coördinator KVG Inspecteurs

Voor een grote fabriek in Zeeland zoeken wij een Coördinator KVG Inspecteurs voor langere termijn.
Inspectiegroep die onder de KvG valt, houdt toezicht op de integriteit van alle drukapparatuur (drukvaten, warmtewisselaars, etc). De inspectiegroep is bevoegd tot:
Herkeuring van drukapparatuur met vaste termijnen
Beoordeling van wijzigingen.
Beoordeling van reparaties.
Het afgeven, weigeren, schorsen of intrekken van verklaringen in verband met de bovengenoemde werkzaamheden.
Uitvoeren van inspecties volgens het interne GMISS programma.
Voor de verschillende types inspecties zijn inspectiemethodieken opgesteld. De basis voor deze methodieken zijn de van toepassing zijnde wetgeving, normen, standards en codes.
De KvG is een zelfstandige groep, organisatorisch ondergebracht bij de Maintenance organisatie.

Taken en Bevoegdheden:
Definieert de Turnaround scope in nauwe samenwerking met Operations en Maintenance.
Stelt inspectieplannen samen voor de turnaround in samenwerking met inspecteurs en TA team.
Leidt de ontwikkeling van het inspectie management programma voor geïdentificeerde toestellen en leidingen.
Technical lead van een Inspectie Team binnen de KvG (tot 5 inspecteurs + documentor).
Correcte implementatie van Nederlandse wetgeving alsook van de Dow compliance standaard voor druk houdende apparatuur ten aanzien van inspecties en reparaties.
Opstellen en goedkeuren van inspectieplannen ten behoeve van de periodieke herbeoordeling van drukapparatuur (toestellen, leidingen, tanks, relief devices).
Het zelfstandig uitvoeren en rapporteren van inspecties en verzorgen van de eindbeoordeling over NDO en inspectie rapportages.
Het beoordelen van reparatie en wijzigingsplannen en beoordelen van rapportages ten aanzien van reparaties en vastleggen van de herbeoordelingstermijn in SAP.
Het beoordelen en ter beschikking stellen van inspectiehistorie bij het opstellen van faalanalyses.
Maakt deel uit van het Plant Assessment Team dat onder meer de inspectie resultaten bespreekt, benodigde reparaties voorbereidt en eventuele deferrals voor inspecties en rapportages beoordeelt.

Het kwaliteitssysteem van de KvG is geaccrediteerd volgens NEN-EN-ISO/IEC17020.
De focus van de inspecties ligt op het gebied van leidingen en drukapparatuur.
