QA-QC Inspector

For our client in Antwerp we are in search for a QA-QC Inspector.

Vacature omschrijving

Focus is on monitoring the contractor’s technical and regulatory compliance and construction documentation reporting.

Organize the relevant interface(s) with INEOS stakeholders, for instance :

Ensuring the reporting to the PM of the overall QC performance of the contractors, NCR follow-up and the progress of the QC program.

Evaluate the performance with the Construction management team and adapt the QC program where required.

Organizing the planning of required QC activities in close collaboration with the Contractor’s QC single point of contact.

Coordinate with the IPMT QC Manager the internal (between PDT’s) and external third party interfaces.

The QAQC Inspector shall ensure that all ITP’s are reviewed by the necessary discipline engineers and approved before starting of any manufacturing or fabrication activity.

Attend Pre Inspection Meetings with Contractors

The QAQC Inspector shall focus on the Contractor’s deliverables for the regulatory requirements and coordinate this activity in close contact with the INEOS RTPO and INEOS HSE and Integrity Department.

Understand Contract Documents including Drawings, Specifications and provide technical assistance and recommendations for action

Conduct necessary Field Investigations, provide Field Inspections, prepare concise and distribute timely associated Reports, reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements

The QAQC Inspector is responsible for the periodic reporting of the QC activities and follow-up for any defined actions and/or NCR’s raised. The reporting will include a quantitative and qualitative evaluation, describing Contractor’s performance and the effectiveness of the defined quality control program.

PTW Coordinator

For our client in Antwerp we are in search for a PTW Coordinator.

Vacature omschrijving

You will be part of a small and enthusiastic site-based team

Site visits will be part of the job, to understand the situation in the field

You will actively participate in internal meetings

You will have contact with other departments within the project organization to ensure that PTW coordination will be established

Liaise with internal disciplines to have a good overview and understanding of the scheduled work

Works with Construction Manager communicating traffic plan, access closures, etc.

Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de positie van Werkvoorbereider & Scheduler I&C/Electrical WKK.

Vacature omschrijving Voorbereiden en plannen van I&C (Instrumentation & Controll)/elektrische onderhouds- en revisiewerkzaamheden op installaties op basis van werkorders in SAP.

Dit houdt in:

Fieldchecks: de situatie in het veld nagaan om te bepalen hoe de werkzaamheden uitgevoerd moeten worden, welke onderlinge relaties er bestaan tussen activiteiten en welke disciplines bij deze uitvoering betrokken zullen zijn (zoals b.v. hijsactiviteiten, stelling- en isolatiewerkzaamheden).

Opstellen van de taaklijsten in SAP per werkorder

Toekennen van de vereiste resources - aannemers

Calculeren/Ramen van de activiteiten

Identificeren van de nodige materialen (opzoeken van tekeningen, stuklijsten, etc. en dan bestellen en leveringen opvolgen. Indien nodig artikelnummers aanvragen en BOM in SAP laten aanpassen)

Bovenstaande dient verzameld te worden in een werkvoorbereidingsfiche in Excel

Planning opmaken voor uitvoering werkorders

Inplannen van voorbereide orders

Opvolgen en actualiseren van order status

Actieve rol tijdens wekelijks planningsoverleg met Productie

Static Mechanical Engineer

Vacature omschrijving As Static Mechanical Engineer you are responsible for:

The vessel scope in CAPEX-projects (FEL2, FEL3 and detailed engineering), RFQ with bid evaluation, Approval of Construction documents and interaction with the project team in all phases of the project. QA/QC by witness and hold points during construction

Technical assistance of Technical Procurement, M&P Construction, Inspection, Maintenance and TAR

Performing Fitness For Service Evaluation and calculations (level 1)

Evaluating M.O.C.

Assistance of the M&P design team

Maintain a good business relationship with our Manufacturers

Performing and Evaluating calculations per ASME / EN / API

Supervision of Engineering Contractors

Keeping the technical Vessel filing up-to-date

Paint and insulation scope on Pressure Vessels / Storage tanks and Heat-Exchangers
