Expats informatiepunt

Nouvall werkt steeds meer met expats die naar Nederland komen om te werken en wonen. Om te zorgen dat de collega’s zich thuis voelen in de nieuwe woon- en werkomgeving, werken we steeds meer samen met het Expat Center Zeeland. Zij zijn een welkome ondersteuning voor het team dat de eerste begeleiding van de nieuwe medewerkers uitvoert. Het Expat Centrum Zeeland verzorgt samenkomsten en activiteiten voor medewerkers die nieuw in Nederland zijn. Zo hebben zij een informatiemiddag verzorgd voor alle recent in Nederland gekomen expats. Onze collega Neels Snyman is hier naartoe geweest en hebben hem bereid gevonden om hier verslag van uit te brengen:

"On 14 May 2022 I attended the Expat Expo in Terneuzen, and I want to share my experience, the dedicated teams of different organizations were ready and more than willing to welcome, help and assist me with any questions that I had as a international employee with information to get me on my way fast and easy.

They supported and assisted on a wide range of topics such as permits, housing, schools, health care as well as personal needs and had a lot of good, useful information on traveling the area.

According to me the event was a huge success and a must for all expats wanting more information about life in Zeeland, South of Netherlands, there were also a wide range of food and activities to enjoy.

As a new international employee from South Africa, I would highly recommend to all new Colleagues arriving in the Netherlands Zeeland district to find out about the next event and to attend the Expat expo when there is one again, the organizations go out of their way to welcome, inform us about the area, the serious things and the fun stuff for the whole family."
