About the unit
The business unit Technology and Projects (YTP) develops new technologies and executes projects to meet ambitions on Growing a Nature-Positive Food Future. YTP Projects department consists of about 120 employees. This department manages, coordinates and executes Large and Me-dium scale technical projects and develops existing production units globally. We work in close collaboration with our key stakeholders such as Clean Ammonia, Regional organizations and external partners.
About the department
The Quality department is in charge of developing and maintaining the YTP steering system;
Organization and reporting
The Internal Audit specialist will report to the Quality Manager YTP.
Scope of Work
The objective of the Quality Management System and Internal Audit specialist is to support the organization in achieving the objec-tives by developing and maintaining the YTP Steering System. It is critical that this position has regular contact with the document owners to ensure the steering system is up to date and aligned with the best practices. The YTP Steering System is the place to formalize YTP’s standard ways of working.
The Steering System of YTP shall be subject of an annual Internal Audit Program set up by the Quality Management System and Internal Audit specialist to verify the implementation and the effectiveness of the YTP Steering System in achieving YTP’s busi-ness objectives. The results of the audits shall be clearly and timely reported and will be used to continuously improve YTP’s ways of working.

About the department
The Quality department is in charge of developing and maintaining the YTP steering system;
Supports the ISO9001 umbrella certification;
Monitors the quality performance of YTP as such by means of tools like audits and examinations, in view of continuous improvement;
Ensures support to projects regarding quality assurance management;
Facilitates risks and quality related sessions;
Ensures availability of quality related tools, training, coaching and particular support.

The Internal Audit specialist will report to the Quality Manager YTP.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Understand and implement the Yara HES requirements
Ensure the YTP YMS is aligned with the business objectives of YTP (i.e. the processes and procedures in the steering
system should support the organization in achieving its objectives) Ensure YTP YMS is aligned with corporate steering system
Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) together with the YTP department heads
Ensure awareness in YTP about the contents of the Steering System
Support the organization in keeping the contents of the Steering System up to date
Ensure continuous improvement of the YMS through internal audits and Management Reviews
Create an annual internal audit program in line with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
Ensure timely reporting of the outcomes of internal audits
Create overall reports on the audit outcomes to facilitate continuous improvement in the ways of working of YTP
Je profiel
Senior experience with Quality Management Systems
Sound knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard
Sound knowledge of ISO 19011
Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001
At least 10 years of experience with in a similar position.
Familiar with chemical Industry process plants
