Assist the facility Manager with monitoring the installation, maintenance and operation of the temporary accommodations and power installations and other facilities.
Support in monitoring the maintenance tasks performed on the temporary installations under the responsibility of the Facility team.
Issuing and receiving keys in our Facility office on behalf of the Facility team.
Perform control rounds onsite on temporary electrical installations.
Perform control rounds through all temporary facilities onsite and report to the Facility team.
Being able to prepare and issue the PTW.
Check , put, remove, stickers and magnetic plates and nameplates on various installations.
Support and assist the SP&O team for all matters related to temporary facilities, temporary accommodation, general services, and logistics.
Assist the Facility Manager for technical questions.
Ensure that all HSSE (health, safety, security and environmental) and sustainability policies, procedures and legislation are adhered to.
A relevant education in the field of facility management or a comparable background.
Secondary education/bachelor's degree, work/thinking level.
Knowledge of facility software and systems is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
