Vacature omschrijving

The purpose of the mechanical cleaning coordinator role is to assist the operations, turnaround team and labor sourcing teams with preparation for the mechanical cleaning activities.
Coordination and schedule progression reporting of the mechanical cleaning activities during the maintenance phase.

Effectively works with Operations, turnaround team and Labor Sourcing:

During FEL Phase:

Operates in close cooperation with the turnaround team, operations, TES and the site/global cleaning engineer

Assist the scoping team with scoping of process equipment to be mechanically cleaned

Assist the planning team with planning the mechanical cleaning activities and reviews the mechanical cleaning parts of the job plans after finalization

Assist labor sourcing department with establishing adequate contracts for the mechanical cleaning activities

Establishes a TA cleaning organization and implements all necessary cleaning related training

During Maintenance Phase:

Coordinates in close cooperation with operations the shipment of process equipment to the cleaning area

Ensures in close cooperation with the mechanical cleaning contractor the process equipment is cleaned of process materials prior to being worked on by on site personnel

Ensure in close cooperation with the mechanical cleaning contractor that the equipment is cleaned of process materials prior to being shipped off site for repairs or disposal.

Coordinate in close cooperation with the mechanical cleaning contractor the cleaning area activities to meet scheduled repairs or off-site shipping.

Maintains the Equipment Tracking/Flow tracking system

Safeguard’s safety and housekeeping of the cleaning area.

Progresses the scheduled cleaning activities

Manages the disposal of the waste in accordance with the waste management strategy and guidelines

During Post Turnaround Phase:

Assist with turnaround close out and improvements for next turnaround
