For a chemical multinational we are hiring a Procurement Support Admin.

Job description You can join the largest overall construction project (world-scale cracker) located in the Antwerp area. The plant is planned to come online around 2026.

Job purpose:
Supporting the P2P (purchase-to-pay) team. With a focus on maintaining the good order and management of the Project Delivery Team daily business.

Creation of purchase orders and change orders in SAP.

Desk expediting and maintaining delivery dates in SAP.

Invoice control and resolving disputes.

Operational procurement activities for goods and services.

Administrative support to the procurement team and back office.

Facilitate the P2P process.

Support the implementation and roll-out of new processes and work flows in SAP.

Support any contracts or procurement activities as required.

Back up the other Procurement support and SAP Admin role during their absence.

Creation of new vendors including verification of vendor details.

Job description

The R&D Technologist role is a function which is performed within the Technology and Innovation (T&I) lab under the R&D Department. The activities are in day shift (Fulltime/40hrs).

The R&D technologist has operational responsibilities and will be working on governing application fabrication methods such as injection molding, sheet extrusion or advanced manufacturing of innovative materials that are needed to advance Trinseo’s material positioning in providing material solutions to the industrial application areas.

This role will oversee improvement engineering done on the R&D sheet extrusion lines.

This role is material agnostic and can utilize the entire Trinseo material palette and beyond to arrive to high performance solutions for customers.

The R&D Technologist role collaborates with colleagues in the mechanical testing lab, the fabrication shop of the T&I lab, Technical Service and Development department and will report to the T&I Laboratory Leader for application, research and mechanical testing.

The R&D Technologist will be planning and safely executing the lab work requests and running relevant machinery (e.g. injection molding machine, sheet extruder, vacuum and hot press, etc.).

Job description The Site Logistics team is responsible for all logistics activities for the Plastics and Latex factories at the chemical complex. This includes all loading, unloading and storage activities that are also carried out by our logistics partners.
Within this team there is room for an Improvement Engineer who focuses specifically on optimizing the internal and external (work) processes with the logistics partners and carrying out improvement projects in the infrastructure. The Site Logistics Engineer reports to the Site Logistics Leader.

Responsibilities / Activities

Setting up data files for analysis of the occupancy rate of its own site logistics facilities.

Exchanging site logistics ideas and work processes with other locations in Europe.

Getting involved in the event of structural problems or bottlenecks in the cooperation or implementation of site logistics operations with the external logistics partner.

Developing innovations that should lead to improvements in the logistics, operational and relevant administrative processes.

Performing failure or problem analyzes with structured root cause analyzes or 6 Sigma methods.

Providing periodic management reports regarding stock and process quality.

Contributing to the setting up, implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the logistics partners.

Contacting and advising all levels within the organization regarding improvement and innovation proposals in the field of cost reduction, improving safety and environmental performance, including avoiding plastic granules in the environment.

Leading the meetings with external logistics partners.

Job description As Run Plant Engineer, you will be taking the lead and closely cooperating with process operators, activity coordinator, quality coordinator, process automation engineer and maintenance team to operate the plant safely, according to planning, at low cost resulting in in-specification production.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for daily operations in the plant.

You will coordinate the plant activities with focus on EH&S, Quality, Asset Performance and Costs.

You will support facility operations, EH&S actions, and corrective actions and initiatives.

You will participate in risk analysis like LOPA and LPP.

You will participate in projects and Tech Center activities.

You will act, on a regular basis, as representative of the Department Leader in a 24/7 ‘on-call’ schedule.
